Laptop market is now a matured industry in which a product’s success rests on its technical performances and the attractiveness of its design.

 

However, the necessary seduction of the customer can’t always be achieved in retail stores, where computers are lined up like canned food.

In order to restore a clear offer and reinforce the customer’s decision power and his satisfaction, I decided to work on a personal connection that could be established between him and the products.

Thus, on his own, inside an interactive display unit which will assist him throughout his trial, the customer is able to make his personal evaluation of each product, based on his own experience.
